Michael J. Galluzzi began his legal career at what is widely regarded to be one of the premier mid-sized law civil litigation defense firms in the Northeast with offices in New York and Connecticut. While at the firm, Mr. Galluzzi provided litigation services to a client base that included Fortune 500 corporations, drug and medical device manufactures, municipalities including The City of New York and New York State Liquidation Bureau, medical professionals and state and local hospitals in New York and Connecticut. Mr. Galluzzi also was member of a team of attorneys that litigated mass product liability cases involving silicone breast implant manufacturers and manufacturers of asbestos products in New York State and Federal District courts.

With a wide range of civil defense litigation experience and perspective, Mr. Galluzzi chose to re-direct the focus his career toward seeking just compensation for clients injured or killed as a result of a negligent individual or entity. Mr. Galluzzi has litigated a broad spectrum of plaintiff’s negligence cases including those that resulted in serious injury or death from chemical explosions, construction accidents, motorcycle and automobile accidents, mislabeling of products, heavy motorized construction equipment malfunction, medical malpractice, false arrest, dog bites, physical assault, defective products, and negligent premises security. Mr. Galluzzi believes that a thorough investigation of the facts and circumstances leading up to and surrounding an injury or death is essential to the early formulation of a sound theory of negligence against responsible parties in order to obtain the maximum amount of compensation for his clients. Mr. Galluzzi’s litigations skills have, over the years, resulted in awards to injured clients totaling millions of dollars.
